We are looking to fill an M&T Instructor position to support Constellations 2025-1 Fleet Initial Training Class at the Exton, PA Training Center.

Position Details:
Title: M&T Instructor
Location: Coatesville/Exton Training Center, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 0700 to 1530
Duration: Late June 2025 to December 2025

Scope of Work:
This role will primarily involve conducting mechanical maintenance labs for our initial licensing training (ILT) class. The 2025-1 class is larger than usual, requiring additional support to ensure training is completed on schedule in preparation for upcoming spring outages. Additional help with the classes is needed.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in maintenance and related technical fields
Prior experience as a nuclear industry M&T Instructor
INPO Instructor Qualification or equivalent
ILT experience
Previously qualified, or able to qualify, as a Lab Instructor or Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Preferred: Background as a Nuclear Mechanic
