Key Responsibilities:
- Develop instructional materials for INPO-accredited technical training programs.
- Deliver engaging classroom, laboratory, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Maintain compliance with nuclear regulatory standards through effective program management.
- Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality instruction aligned with operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- 12+ years of related experience OR 5+ years specializing in DCS-based digital I&C platforms like Westinghouse/Emerson Ovation or Common-Q DI&C systems.
2. Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferred (Science, Technology, Engineering), or equivalent hands-on expertise accepted.

3. Certifications Preferred:
- Reactor Operator/Senior Reactor Operator License
- Certified instructor per ANS Standards

4. In-depth knowledge of SAT processes and proficiency using Vision software are strong advantages!
