Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil/structural designs across multiple buildings within the plant.
- Oversee engineering efforts through all development life cycles from concept to construction.
- Apply advanced principles like seismic hazard analysis and flood/wind resistance into building/site designs.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers from various disciplines as well as external stakeholders/suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with local/international codes while integrating innovative concepts that meet customer needs cost-effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be successful in this position:
1. Bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; PE license preferred but not mandatory yet must aim toward obtaining it soon after joining!
2. At least *five years* practical experience working hands-on analyzing/evaluating/construction-related similar-sized industrial/commercial/residential settings.
