Job Title: Department Training Coordinator
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Wilmington or Warrenville, IL)
Assignment Duration: 3 months to start, with potential extension to 6 months
Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary:
NPower Solutions is seeking a Department Training Coordinator (DTC) to support Constellations Operations, Planning & Scheduling (OP&S) organization across six departments and six sites. This is a remote contract position requiring occasional travel to Wilmington or Warrenville, IL. The initial assignment is for 3 months, with the possibility of extending up to 6 months based on business needs.
This role is critical in supporting OP&S during a period of organizational transition. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing training records and systems, supporting program specialists, and facilitating training compliance and reporting. Experience with PIAP processes and root cause analysis is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary Department Training Coordinator (DTC) for
OP&S.
-Assign qualifications and manage training records in LMS and
NANTeL systems.
-Proctor and track CBT completions in NANTeL and LMS.
-Process new employee documentation, including HR-AA-4000 and
NERC forms.
-Provide administrative support for LMS and NANTeL users.
-Run and distribute training reports and metrics.
-Facilitate Training Review Committees (TRCs): create agendas,
take minutes, track training actions, and ensure procedure
compliance.
-Monitor TForce requests and missed training.
-Conduct performance analysis related to training activities.
-Regularly communicate with line management and department
heads.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience in a Department Training Coordinator or
training administrative support role.
-Familiarity with LMS, NANTeL, and NERC compliance processes.
-Working knowledge of PIAP (Performance Improvement Action
Plans) and root cause analysis.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote
environment.
