Job Title: SolidWorks PDM Administrator
Location: Bellevue, Washington
Type: Contract
Compensation: $63 - $90 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extension
Overview:
System One is seeking an experienced SolidWorks PDM Administrator to support over 200 CAD users in a regulated, NQA-1 compliant environment. This role is critical for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the SolidWorks PDM system and related tools in support of engineering, design, and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain SolidWorks PDM, including user accounts, permissions, vaults, and workflows
Provide technical support and training for SolidWorks users
Manage software licensing, upgrades, and PDM documentation
Ensure compliance with NQA-1 standards for document control
Collaborate with engineering, IT, QA, and document control teams
Identify process improvement opportunities within CAD/PDM systems
Support related CAD tools, including AutoCAD and Vault
Qualifications:
Bachelor�s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of SolidWorks PDM administration experience
Strong CAD background, preferably SolidWorks
Experience with SolidWorks API and customizations is a plus
Familiarity with NQA-1 quality standards
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with AutoDesk products and support systems like Jira or ServiceNow is beneficial
