Position: Engineer Analyst
Location: Remote (supporting Corporate Engineering)

Hours: Approx. 720 hours total

NPower Solutions is seeking a qualified Engineer Analyst to remotely support Corporate Engineering in performing a fleet-level review of critical and OPCC components with open PCM Maintenance Strategy Evaluations (MSEs).

Scope of Work:

Conduct a review of critical and OPCC components with open PM Template (PCM) MSEs.
Establish population groups, select sample populations, and perform in-depth reviews of each group.
Develop maintenance strategy recommendations for entire population groups and provide guidance to station engineering.
The current backlog includes ~13,000 components, some of which have had open MSEs for years. This project aims to bring components in line with updated PM templates that reflect fleet/industry best practices and vendor-directed frequencies.
Requirements:

Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance Strategy Evaluations (MSEs) and PCM templates
Background in nuclear engineering or a similar regulated environment
Analytical skills to review component data and develop consistent, defendable strategies
Ability to work independently and remotely, while coordinating with station and corporate engineering teams
