Education & Experience: Master's degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or a related area and 8 years of practical experience. Bachelor's degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or a related area and 10 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. An associate's degree and 13 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. A high school diploma and 17 years of relevant experience would also be considered equivalent.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- Possesses strong personal computer skills.
- Requires expert proficiency in the use of automated accounting, cost management, scheduling and estimating systems as tools for performing required duties.
- Possesses considerable practical experience in the use of the Site Business systems Estimating Specialty - Familiarity with all phases of construction techniques and requirements, technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and general business practices.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in more than two major disciplines of detail and conceptual estimating, coordination with technical personnel in performing all levels and types of estimating scope
quantification, pricing, and analysis of escalation and contingency.

Nice to Have:
- Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (L or Q) within the past two (2) years are preferred.

PF-81 Evaluation Criteria:
• Price and Cost to Company: 25%
• Technical Acceptability: 15%
• Other: 35%
- Experience with projects subject to DOE O 413.3 B
• Other: 25%
- Estimating on DOE/NNSA projects.

Duration of the Contract: 1 year, 2 option periods
• Option Periods are not guaranteed and are executed at the discretion of the hiring manager.
• Yearly options will automatically include a 3.5% escalation.

Estimated Hours Per Year:
2080 ST 350 OT

Anticipated Work Schedule:
6:30a-5:15p
