Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for an experienced and degreed Nuclear Controls Engineer to fill a 3-year assignment in Waynesboro, GA.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• The Controls Engineer 2 position requires 5-7 Years of experience in related field and an accredited bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Rates: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Per diem: If you qualify per diem it is $20.00 per hour = $800.00 per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supporting and transitioning across multiple projects, checking cables, and wiring in the field, performing and assist in site walk downs, preparing cost estimates, supporting start up, preparing layout and conceptual designs.

SKILLSETS & EXPERTISE
• A solid Electrical knowledge, configuration /graphic skills in one or more platforms: Ovation, Foxboro, ABB, or PLC, experience with field support, experience with control narrative and markup, experience with checking cables and wiring in the field, expedience with cost estimating in sub disciplines, experience developing IO lists, and the ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff and/or vendors

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
