Key Responsibilities:
� Direct and mentor a team of engineers in advanced structural analysis and mechanical design for critical reactor systems
� Lead structural analysis for components subjected to high-temperature, transient, and seismic events
� Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and delivery of high-quality engineering deliverables
� Define and drive technical strategies, standards, and methodologies across structural analysis operations
� Resolve complex technical challenges and guide decision-making on engineering best practices
� Collaborate across disciplines to support the design, licensing, and construction of advanced nuclear plants
� Perform and review structural analysis using FEA tools such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, NASTRAN, or LS-DYNA
� Ensure adherence to ASME codes and standards (especially Section III, Div 1 or 5)
Qualifications:
� Bachelor�s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
� Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience (graduate degrees may count toward experience)
� Strong proficiency in FEA and structural analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA)
� Demonstrated experience applying ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, particularly for nuclear systems
� Prior experience managing technical teams and overseeing complex engineering projects
� Preferred: Expertise in structural analysis of metallic/composite components in elevated temperature service
� Experience in design-analyze-build/manufacturing project environments
