I & C Project Coordinator –

System One Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Natrium Demonstration Project. This contract role is ideal for experienced road techs who excel in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments and are ready to contribute on-site in Bellevue, WA.

Location: Bellevue, WA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $53–$70/hr
Benefits: Paid PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance Stipend

Responsibilities:
Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget execution
Support planning, resource leveling, and earned value analysis
Collaborate with engineering and contract teams
Maintain documentation and manage project risks

Qualifications:
3+ years in project coordination or delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Primavera P6 a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
