System One is hiring for a full-time direct Shift Supervisor in Chattanooga, TN. The Shift Supervisor oversees Machine Shop operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules. This role involves leading a team of machinists and operators, coordinating workflow, and maintaining optimal equipment performance to meet production goals.? Must be willing and able to run production machinery as required. Ability to perform simple CNC programming tasks is a must. Minimum of 5 year’s experience in 4-5 axis, high spec work. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a job shop/manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
