Project Overview:
The Project Manager (PM) will oversee the successful planning, execution, and closure of various projects in the Site Projects. The PM will ensure that project objectives are met within the defined scope, time, and cost constraints, while maintaining high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Objectives
The objectives of this role include but are not limited to: Overseeing the lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to closure. Managing project risks, resources, and budgets. Leading cross- functional teams to deliver project outcomes in alignment with strategic business goals. Ensuring the timely delivery of all project milestones and deliverables. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Scope of Services
• Project Planning - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop a detailed project plan, including work breakdown structure (WBS), timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. - Establish clear project roles and responsibilities for team members.
• Project Execution - Direct project teams in the execution of tasks according to the project plan. - Manage day-to- day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and task completion.
