The master scheduler works in close coordination with the Portfolio Integration Manager, the Director, SMR Product Development, Supply Chain Planners, and Commercial Project Directors to ensure that ongoing product development activities are fully integrated with customer delivery plans via an integrated master schedule. This is a limited duration scheduling position to lead the integration of the existing project development schedule with a standard customer delivery project. The integrated schedule will inform ongoing project execution, task prioritization, future project planning, cross-project interfaces, what-if scenarios, and long-term resource planning.
Develop and document the standards and processes for integrated master scheduling at CLIENT with a focus on integration across large programs.
Lead the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinate with project controls leads to incorporate Program Level Schedules and other external schedules. Develop and maintain a basis of schedule document.
Issue periodic status reports related to program/project progress including critical path analysis, milestone variances, milestone completions, and top-level resource issues.
Lead the resolution of issues among various stakeholders.
Performs other duties as assigned.
This is a 40 hour/week contract position expected to last through the end of 2026. Work will be based out of our Houston, TX office, and priority consideration will be given to candidates in the Houston area who have the ability to come into the office on a weekly basis (does not need to be every day).
