Position Overview:
As the Engineering Manager for Nuclear Projects, you will lead and coordinate all engineering activities within the owner/operator organization of a nuclear uranium enrichment facility. This pivotal role requires a robust multidisciplinary engineering background and exceptional leadership skills to ensure that all engineering work is technically sound, regulatory-compliant, and consistent with the project's safety, schedule, and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or related discipline); Master's degree preferred.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in complex industrial facilities, with at least 5 years in a nuclear or NRC-regulated environment.
* Broad experience across major engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Instrumentation & Controls, Electrical, Civil/Structural, and HVAC.
* Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating with EPC contractors.
* Strong knowledge of NRC 10 CFR Part 70 requirements and quality assurance processes.
