Job Title: I&C Senior Lead Engineer (Non-Safety Nuclear)
Type: Contract (12 months)
Compensation: $77 - $130/hour

Overview:
Join a leading non-safety instrumentation and controls team as an I&C Senior Lead Engineer. This critical role involves designing and integrating advanced control systems for Sodium Fast Reactor technologies, working closely with a diverse team of scientists and engineers. You will lead design efforts, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with nuclear codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
*Design and prototype development of instrumentation and control systems.
*Collaborate with a geographically dispersed design team to create comprehensive documentation.
*Lead I&C design efforts and mentor Lead Designers throughout the project lifecycle.
*Conduct engineering evaluations and support project planning using Primavera P6.
*Interface with licensing activities to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Controls, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
*15+ years of experience in instrumentation and control systems.
*Leadership experience in managing I&C project scopes.
*Proficiency with RTIME PPC systems and relevant industry standards.
*Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
