Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Remote Contract

$54–$90/hr | Support the Natrium Generation IV Reactor

System One is hiring a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer to design reactor components, perform FEA (ANSYS), and lead design reviews while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

B.S. Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree a plus)

5+ years mechanical equipment/component design

SolidWorks & 3D CAD expertise

Strong FEA/stress analysis (ANSYS)

Familiarity with ASME BPVC & seismic standards preferred
