The Outage Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful planning and execution of refueling and maintenance outages at the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant. This role provides overall leadership, coordination, and oversight of outage activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, budget, scope, and schedule objectives while upholding the highest standards of nuclear safety and operational excellence.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/ Technical degree in Engineering or Science or a nuclear Senior Reactor Operator license

8+ years of experience in nuclear plant operations, maintenance, or outage management.

Proven experience leading large-scale nuclear refueling or maintenance outages.

Strong knowledge of NRC regulations, INPO standards, and nuclear industry practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and contractors in a high-stakes environment.
