Technical Writer – Manufacturing (Long-Term Contract | Cudahy, WI)

System One is hiring a Technical Writer to support our client in Cudahy, WI. This 12–18 month, full-time contract role is perfect for those with technical writing or training experience in manufacturing/heavy industry.

What You’ll Do:
Create clear, accurate procedures & training materials
Work with engineers, safety, environmental, & maintenance teams
Ensure documents meet standards & are user-friendly
Edit, audit, and maintain consistency across documentation

What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s + 1 yr writing exp OR HS + 3 yrs
Strong writing & editing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Ability to wear half/full-face respirators
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Schedule: M–F, with some off-shift support
Contract: 12–18 months | Long-term, full-time
