**Job Title:** Mechanical/Process Engineer

**Duration:** Full-time

**Location:** On-site (travel required)

**Short Summary about Job:**

Provide engineering support services on assigned Engineering Teams. This role involves engineering analysis, design development, and generation of design output documents including Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, System Descriptions, Mechanical Equipment Lists, Mechanical Equipment Sizing/Calculations, Piping and Valve Specifications, ASME B&PVC Design and Evaluation including Pressure Protection Design, Material Handling Equipment, and Mechanical Procurement Requirements/Specifications/Data Sheets including Vendor Document Reviews. The individual will be required to travel off-site to interface with vendors, fabricators, and other engineering organizations.

**Required Qualifications**

- BS Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or current registration as a Professional Engineer in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Five (5) years design experience in the nuclear or process chemical industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of ASME B31.3 code requirements
- Ability to walk down systems in the field
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week with various schedules including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B)

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in 2D Microstation Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD)
