Job Description
** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Controls Engineer to fill a three- year assignment in the Waynesboro, GA area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Requirements:
Required PPE: Industrial and office environment. To perform walkdowns in plant will require hardhat, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and sturdy shoes at minimum.

Rates: $50.00 - $55.00
5-7 Years Experience in related field
An accredited bachelor's degree in engineering

Required Skillsets and Expertise:
Solid Electrical knowledge
Configuration /graphic skills in one or more platforms: Ovation, Foxboro, ABB, or PLC
Experience with field support
Experience with control narrative and markup
Experience with checking cables and wiring in the field
Expedience with cost estimating in sub disciplines
Experience developing IO lists
The ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff and/or vendors
Responsibilities:
Supporting and transitioning across multiple projects
Checking cables and wiring in the field
Performing and assisting in site walk downs
Preparing cost estimates
Supporting start up
Preparing layout and conceptual designs
