eeking a full-time Safety Professional to join the team at the McGuire Nuclear Station in Huntersville, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience with nuclear generation, as well as familiarity with safety standards compliance pertinent to power generators and construction environments. Key responsibilities include implementing safety protocols established across the Energy nuclear fleet, field observations, compiling data for trending analysis, delivering safety meetings and training sessions. Additional duties include developing Outage Readiness Safety Plans, creating and facilitating a one-hour monthly PowerPoint presentation for MMP Implementation’s Safety and Human Performance (HU) Meeting through Microsoft Teams. The standard work schedule is day shift, consisting of four 10-hour days per week.
