Savannah River Nuclear Solutions is looking for (1) Principal Construction Coordinator

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 11 - 13 years of practical experience in construction. In depth knowledge of construction costs, scheduling and the ability to develop or evaluate construction strategies and techniques. An associate's degree 13 - 15 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. A high school diploma and 15 - 18 years of practical experience would also be considered equivalent.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of project management and project planning at the tactical level would be ideal, along with a knowledge of operations, maintenance, or project startup and construction management and construction subcontracts.
- Experience with large construction projects and working with DOE/NNSA
- Working knowledge of CAD and/or SmartPlant software
- Fundamental knowledge of P6 scheduling software
- Fundamental knowledge of Concrete and Rebar standards
- Multi-faceted experience in all construction disciplines

Nice to Have:
- Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (L or Q) within the past two (2) years are preferred.

PF-81 Evaluation Criteria:
• Price and Cost to Company: 25%
• Technical Acceptability: 15%
• Technical Acceptability: 20%
• Technical Acceptability: 40%

Duration of the Contract: 1 year, 2 option periods
• Option Periods are not guaranteed and are executed at the discretion of the hiring manager.
• Yearly options will automatically include a 3.5% escalation.

Estimates Hours Per Year:
2080 ST 350 OT

Anticipated Work Schedule: Mon-Thu 7 am - 5:30 pm
