Education & Experience: A Master's degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or a related area and 17 years of practical experience. Bachelor's (BS) degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or a related area and 21 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. (Please see attachment A for minimum education requirement listed as Bachelor of Science)

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- Possesses strong personal computer skills.
- Nuclear industry experience – DOE complex experience

Nice to Have:
- P6 Scheduling training
- Project controls, project management, and construction experience
- Experience in earned value management
- Q Clearance

PF-81 Evaluation Criteria:
• Price and Cost to Company: 20%
• Technical Acceptability: 80%

Duration of the Contract One (1) Year with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year option years in accordance with the attached job title.
• Option Periods are not guaranteed and are executed at the discretion of the hiring manager.
• Yearly options will automatically include a 3.5% escalation.

2080 ST 500 OT

6:00a-4:30p Mon- Thurs
