Your Day-to-Day:Industrial Electricians to support modifications in a nuclear power plant

• Experience in new construction and maintenance modifications
  • Installation/ fabrication of Conduit and Supports
  • Installation of copper and fiber cables
  • Cable terminations and modifications
  • Installation of power and control panels/ switch gear
  • Use a multi meter to include Live-Dead-Live
  • Raychem splicing of low voltage
  • Electrical safe work practices
  • Clearance order verifications
  • Temporary power installation
  • Experience in nuclear power as JM electrician
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and take tests in English without an interpreter or accommodations per US nuclear requirement.

Who You Are:

• 3 Years Experience working in Nuclear Power Plants as an industrial Journeyman Electrician.
• Must have a NCCER Industrial electrician certification or equivalent experience.
• Must have had current Nuclear Security Clearance (Red Badge) within the last 364 days.
• Must have High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass an on-site industrial electrician proficiency test

Physical Demands:

• Visual Acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, walking, climbing, manual dexterity, grasping, feeling, hearing, and talking.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time.
• Read complex documents in the English language.
• Write complex documents in the English language.
