• Erect, dismantle, and repair scaffolding systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures, such as cabinets, shelves, and doors, using carpentry skills and tools.
• Work as a team
• Unload and carry materials at construction sites
• Place traffic signals.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials, such as wood, metal, and drywall, to fit specific project requirements.
• Operate power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders, to perform tasks.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in scaffolding and carpentry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights, with a focus on safety and risk management.
• Proficiency with a range of power tools and equipment, including scaffolding systems and carpentry machinery.
• Valid certification in scaffolding/Carpentry, such as OSHA or CSCS.
• Physical stamina to work 10-12 hours shifts on either day shift or night shift.

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $36 hour to $38 hour. Additional pay for mobilization and per diem for qualified candidates with a residence 50 miles from the work site.
