At Champion, we are looking for 3 Regional Quality Managers to support ongoing work, one each in the North, South and West regions. Candidates will have experience with protective coatings and:

* 3+ years of experience within protective coatings industry in one or more of the following areas: qc
inspector, foreman or project manager
 * Completed a two-day or 16-hour QCS course in quality control supervision specific to the protective
coatings industry (SSPC / AMPP Quality Control Supervisor)
 * Holds a current third-party coatings inspector certification at level 2 or higher through AMPP /
NACE or SSPC
 Have worked with CPSSC for at least 3 years or have 5 documented years as the QC Supervisor /
Manager with another painting contractor.
 Ability to travel as required and obtain job security badges such as DOD, DOE, TWIC, Nuclear, etc.
 OSHA 10 (30 is preferred) solid understanding of OSHA and industry specific regulations
 Additional current certs are preferred and not required unless a job specific requirement for the QCS
 AMPP SSPC C3/C5 Certification
 AMPP SSPC CAS 2 Full
 USACE / NAVFAC CQM for Contractors
 USACE EM 385-1-1, 40-hour Safety & Heath Manual
