Overview:
System One is seeking an Equipment Delivery Coordinator (Contract) to play a key role in supporting the Natrium Project. This position focuses on tracking and managing information handoffs between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of equipment delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple disciplines to meet scheduled commitments.

Responsibilities:

Handoff Tracking and Management

Monitor and document completion of information handoffs between technical teams and stakeholders.

Track document distribution commitments and forecast adherence to ensure timely delivery.

Distribute vendor documentation per planned sharing protocols.

Compare required-on-site equipment dates with planned delivery schedules to maintain alignment.

Share internal design details across teams to support project needs and scheduled commitments.

Coordinate across teams to clarify specific handoff requirements.

Facilitation and Mitigation

Lead efforts to resolve bottlenecks and address process gaps impacting handoffs.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks by recommending corrective actions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure data and documentation accuracy for equipment delivery.

Serve as a liaison to streamline communication and resolve issues quickly.

Execution Support

Support the Equipment Delivery Integration Manager in tracking progress toward equipment delivery milestones.

Contribute to workflow development to enhance efficiency and consistency in delivery processes.

Reporting and Documentation

Provide regular updates and reports on handoff completion and delivery progress.

Maintain accurate records of handoff processes to support planning and decision-making.

Manage tracking systems in Jira and Power BI to ensure visibility across the organization.

Oversee Equipment Delivery Action Tracking, ensuring timely action closure.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile).

Proven ability to manage complex workflows and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working in cross-functional team settings.

Knowledge of nuclear or heavy industry equipment delivery processes is a plus.

Proficiency with Jira, Power BI, and Confluence.

Demonstrated integrity, openness, and teamwork mindset.(Contract)
