Construction Managers
Project: Watts Bar Generation and Turbine Projects
Work Location: Watts Bar Nuclear Power Plant Spring City, TN
Estimated Start: November 2025
Estimated Duration: Initially One Year
TVA Per Diem: $1,500 / month

Position Description: Construction Manager will be responsible for being in the field to report the status in outage meetings and responsible for keeping projects on track for the Watts Bar Generation and Turbine Projects. These projects are multi-year that will include planning, field management, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Monitor work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Provide guidance, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, reporting on project status and addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in construction management in commercial nuclear
• Prefers:
• Project Management experience
• Prior TVA experience
• Prior turbine field experience
• Prior outage experience

Physical Requirements: Must be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 - 60 lbs.
