[Fire Protection Engineer] Fire Protection Engineers Needed!

EGS, Inc. is seeking Fire Protection Engineers for multiple positions and multiple locations in New Mexico. These positions come with top competitive rates, great benefits and full government Per Diem. Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be US Citizens.

The Fire Protection Engineer will be able to provide design assistance in all aspects of fire protection systems design and engineering in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures

The Fire Protection Engineer will be conducting Fire Hazard Analysis (FHAs), supporting Documented Safety Analysis / Technical Safety Requirements (DSA/TSR) revisions, conducting and reviewing engineering calculations, reviewing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and providing expert fire protection guidance and support to site projects.

Qualifications:
Greater than 10 years of Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, or other large industrial complex experience Fire Protection Program experience. National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies certification is a plus.

Education requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in fire science engineering or fire protection technologies.
