System One is seeking an Equipment Delivery Coordinator to support the Natrium Project in Bellevue, WA. This role ensures seamless equipment delivery by managing information handoffs, tracking schedules, and coordinating across engineering and project teams. What You’ll Do:

Track and manage handoffs between technical teams and stakeholders.

Align equipment delivery schedules with project milestones.

Maintain documentation and visibility through Jira and Power BI.

Collaborate across teams to resolve delivery risks and bottlenecks.

Support the Equipment Delivery Integration Manager on progress tracking.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

5+ years of experience in project coordination or supply chain.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Jira, Power BI, and Confluence.

Knowledge of heavy industry or nuclear projects a plus.
