I & C Project Manager

Drive the future of nuclear energy as a Project Manager (I&C), leading first-of-a-kind projects focused on the design, testing, manufacturing, and installation of nuclear power plant Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems. You Will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and project execution teams to deliver high-value projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Location: Houston, Texas (Hybrid).
Travel: 25% Travel
Contract role: 40 hours a week
Pay is DOE
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have recent Nuclear Industry experience

What You Need
10+ years of project management experience in nuclear or highly regulated energy industries.

Direct experience with nuclear I&C systems design, testing, manufacturing, or installation.

Solid understanding of PWR systems and nuclear quality standards (10 CFR 50 App. B, 10 CFR 21, ASME NQA-1).

Proven track record in managing complex engineering or FOAK technology projects.

Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK principles and Earned Value Management (EIA-748-C).

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

PMP certification preferred.

Must be eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810 regulations.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex I&C projects.

Develop and maintain project baselines, schedules, and earned value management reports.

Coordinate across design, fabrication, and testing disciplines to ensure seamless execution.

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.

Deliver consistent project status updates and performance metrics to leadership.

Uphold a strong culture of safety, quality, and collaboration throughout all phases of work.
