We are recruiting for an experienced Design Civil/Structural Engineer on a full-time permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.

Salary Range: $85K-$130K (DOE). Possibly higher based on experience
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required
Client Location: Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant in Oak Harbor, OH.
Residency: Local or Regional candidates are highly preferred.
Relocation: Relocation assistance is available
Location: Located within Lake Erie's shoreline and outdoor recreation with many natural areas and parks, and nearby communities and islands, plus historic points of interest.
Additional:
They work 4/10s, allowing for 3-day weekends each week.

Must Have:
Familiarity with Nuclear Power Plant Design, licensing basis documents, and the processes used to maintain them
10 - 15 years of experience is preferred
A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) from an ABET-accredited institution (or international equivalent) is required
Job Summary
The Design Civil/Structural Engineer serves as a member of the Mechanical/Structural Design Engineering Unit at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. This group serves as the owner of the design and licensing basis for the station.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
Bachelor�s degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) from an ABET-accredited institution (or international equivalent) is required
10 - 15 years of experience is preferred
All levels of experience will be considered; previous engineering experience in the nuclear industry is highly desired
Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain a PE license is highly desired
Knowledge of AISC and ACI Codes required
Familiarity with Nuclear Power Plant Design, licensing basis documents, and the processes used to maintain them is a plus.
