Job Description/Duties:

• Perform various types of machine work, cutting, and grinding metal into parts/products.
• Set up and operate a variety of machines (i.e., lathe, milling, lapping, drill press).
• Verify dimensions and alignments with precise measuring instruments.
• Repair turbine rotors, journals, seals, diaphragms, bearings, pump valves, etc.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• 2 years of experience in the nuclear, oil, Navy shipyard, and/or military field.
• Pass a nuclear background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or GED.
