** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk fill a contract assignment in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a temporary position, estimated to last 3 months.

Overview:
Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in conducting accurate and efficient data entry tasks, drawing upon 11+ years of extensive experience to ensure the highest quality input of information into databases, spreadsheets, and various digital platforms.
Independently and meticulously verify and cross-check data for errors, completeness, and consistency, upholding an exceptional standard of accuracy and data integrity.
Job responsibilities:
Take a leadership role in managing and organizing electronic and physical files, implementing advanced strategies for secure storage and seamless retrieval of sensitive information.
Lead the preparation and generation of reports, spreadsheets, and documents based on entered data, showcasing advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
Serve as the go-to resource for data-related inquiries, providing expert support to team members in data-related tasks and complex data management.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of data entry processes, protocols, and quality standards to consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, setting a high standard for accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with team members, taking a lead role in aligning data entry tasks with project deadlines and overarching organizational objectives.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in data entry software and tools, leveraging extensive expertise to enhance efficiency and productivity.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
