P6 Schedule:
Understand contract requirements, project milestones and activities
Lead the development of project schedule working with the project team
Development of all levels of the project schedule
Knowledge in resource hours and cost loading
Facilitate monthly updates and critical path schedule analysis
Participate in schedule review meetings Participate in planning sessions of the project
Progress or Earned Value Management (EVR):
Develops and maintain progress measurement system applicable to the project
Knowledge in Earned Value key metrics in project management
Be able to analyze project performance and track progress

Cost Controls:
Understand contract requirements
Creation of original budgets from the as-sold estimates developed by Estimating
Collaboration with Finance & Accounting on financial reporting
Analyze and report cost impacts
Develop and manage implementation of the monthly cost report and cost forecast analysis
Provide assistance and maintain change management and risk management
Responsible for monthly project invoicing to the client
