System One is seeking an experienced System Design Engineer to support advanced nuclear fluid systems and supplier integration. In this role, you’ll lead system design, coordinate with high-level vendors, and ensure hardware meets engineering and regulatory requirements.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Lead mechanical & fluid system design from concept to final design

Oversee suppliers and integrate hardware into system-level design

Review thermal, seismic, structural & pipe stress analyses

Apply industry codes (ASME, ANS, ASTM, NFPA, IEEE)

Create & manage P&IDs, 3D models, drawings, and specs

Drive technical reviews, testing programs & quality compliance (NQA-1/ISO 9001)

What You Bring

B.S. Mechanical Engineering (or related) + 10+ years experience

Strong mechanical/thermal/fluid systems expertise

Supplier coordination & multi-discipline integration experience

Excellent communication & technical documentation skills

Ability to lead independently in a fast-paced engineering environment
