Plant Integration Engineer – Mechanical & Process Systems (Remote)

$69–$115/hr

System One is seeking an experienced Plant Integration Engineer to provide design oversight, schedule tracking, and cross-functional coordination for nuclear and non-nuclear mechanical/process systems supporting an advanced reactor demonstration project.

What You’ll Do

• Provide engineering oversight of key systems (air & gas, HVAC, fire, condensate/feedwater, cooling towers, cranes, etc.)

• Integrate system designs across multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders

• Support and coordinate 3D model development for assigned systems

• Review technical deliverables for completeness and accuracy

• Track engineering and procurement schedules; drive mitigation plans

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree + 10+ years in nuclear/non-nuclear plant design (mechanical/process systems focus)

• Proven ability leading cross-functional engineering work

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Experience tracking schedules and driving integration

• Work quality aligned to ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001 standards
