Senior level Project Manager needed for long term (3-5 years) assignment on several Major Projects at a Nuclear Power Plant. This is an “owner rep” position required to have demonstrated experience interfacing with upper level management, A/Es, EPC contractor and constructor / maintenance/mod contractor as well as Regulatory entities.

Responsible to owner for all project related tasks including: overall scope, budget, and schedule; oversight of all project contractors; providing overall management direction, including the following specific management activities:
a. Selecting and staffing the organization.
b. Assigning staff to specific activities.
c. Prioritizing project activities.
d. Monitoring the coordination of various support groups working on project activities.
e. Assuring that proper authorization is received from the Plant prior to starting any work that could impact plant operations.
g. Assigning staff to specific work necessary to facilitate the project and monitoring the progress of those site preparations.
h. Obtaining appropriate management approval prior to significant scope changes to the project.
i. Procuring items and/or services necessary for the completion of plant modifications that are the responsibility of the Project organization.
