Rate: Not Defined / need Candidate’s requested rate
Per Diem: $840.00/week (7 days per week as long as they stay at their temporary residence over the weekend)
Mob / Demob: $800.00 each way
Hours: Full Time onsite

Position Details:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring safety and quality standards, and providing technical expertise and guidance to team members.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Manage and assign tasks to electrical technicians and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to plan and execute electrical projects effectively.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or relevant field experience;
• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, installation, and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Physical Requirements: Must be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 - 60 lbs

Education/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or relevant field experience;
• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, installation, and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
