The Interim Design Engineering Manager provides short-term leadership and oversight for Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) design engineering activities in a highly regulated environment. This role leads I&C design engineers and designers, prioritizes and assigns work, reviews and approves engineering design changes and modifications, and ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements. The Manager partners with operations, maintenance, project management, and regulatory teams to resolve technical issues, support emergent work, manage resources effectively, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of I&C design engineering deliverables throughout the interim assignment
