System One is seeking an experienced Electrical M&T Training Developer/Instructor to support advanced nuclear projects. This role focuses on developing and delivering high-quality electrical maintenance training using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), ensuring compliance with NRC and INPO standards.

Key Highlights:
• Develop and deliver electrical maintenance training
• Create hands-on labs, OJT, and qualification programs
• Support accreditation and regulatory readiness
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and regulators

Requirements:
6+ years total experience (commercial nuclear and/or military nuclear)
Strong electrical maintenance background
Proven training development expertise
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
