Spectra Tech has an immediate need for an Estimator. Work can be performed in Oak Ridge, TN or remotely.

Estimator will provide to the project the following:

• Work Breakdown Structure

• Material Take-offs in Excel format extracted from Revit models representing an approximate 50% design maturity for the following design disciplines:

Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Instrumentation and Process P&IDs

Process equipment pricing in Excel format

Any additional Excel take-offs for quantities not extracted from the Revit model

PDF format drawings representing Preliminary Design (Approximately 50% maturity) for the design disciplines listed above.

The estimator shall provide each deliverable in PDF format using Contractor’s report template (Basis of Estimate) and any native files used to create the estimate. Each estimate shall include an estimate basis description.

BS degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Typical experience ranges from 5 - 8 years.
