Energy Solutions is currently hiring Combo Welders for Spring Outage work in both North and South Carolina. Potential to work 2-3 Outages. Prior Nuclear experience and Nuclear Security Clearance are preferred. New to Nuclear candidates will be considered with strong Combo Welding work history and ability to pass the following Weld Test Requirements.

1. 1” stainless steel socket weld – 5F position – GTAW 3/16” – 3/16” fillet leg - Visual inspection.

2. 4” I-Beam – beam in the horizontal position – E7018 – ¼” fillet – Visual inspection

3. Monster coupon – Carbon steel with ER309 filler – GTAW – Side bends.

4. Monster coupon – Combo GTAW / SMAW (ER70S-2 / E7018) – Side Bends.

**Must be able to pass a nuclear background check, on-site drug screening, and site training/testing requirements**.
