Job Description

This role involves professional-level work that requires advanced knowledge and is intellectual in nature, including the consistent exercise of discretion and judgment. The position requires strong expertise in scheduling, cost controls, project management, and estimating, with a deep understanding of work breakdown structure (WBS) models and Primavera P6 scheduling best practices.

Typical Duties

Update project forecasts and projected cash flow based on scheduled and planned work activities.

Maintain and update project schedules to reflect completed work and upcoming planned activities.

Develop cost estimates for project changes and evaluate impacts to total cost at completion, resource requirements, and project timelines.

Process vendor contract invoice payments, ensuring accuracy of scope, cost, and accounting representation.

Update annual budget cash flows to ensure long-range planning accurately reflects future-year expenditures.

Partner with assigned Project Managers to review monthly cost, schedule, and resource performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are delivered within approved funding requirements.
