System One is seeking a Mechanical/Dimensional Inspector to support our customer at their Turtle Creek, Pa. facility.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position requiring hands-on dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

Pay: $28 an hour 
Prefer Local, but will entertain out of state for the right candidate with per diem 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision hand tools

Measure geometric tolerances and verify dimensions per engineering drawings

Interpret complex blueprints, engineering specs, and GD&T requirements

Document inspection results accurately and maintain required records

Inspect components for conformity, defects, and compliance with applicable standards

Support quality and production teams as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma + 3 years dimensional inspection experience
OR
Associate’s degree (or higher) + 1 year relevant experience

Hands-on experience with dimensional/machine shop tools

Strong understanding of mechanical inspection methods

Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings & GD&T

Preferred: ANSI Mechanical/Dimensional Inspector Certification

Preferred: VT/PT certifications (higher pay range for certified candidates)
