Job Description/Duties:

• Provide daily supervision of personnel while performing hands on welding ensuring maintenance and fabrication activities are complete.
• Lead and perform skilled welding and fabrication work within a manufacturing environment.
• Partner closely with maintenance leadership, production, engineering, quality, and safety teams to minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Welding experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial Maintenance environment.
• Journeyman Welder certification or equivalent documented experience.
• Proficient in SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding processes.
• High School Diploma or GED.
