Energy Solutions is currently hiring experienced Combo Welders for upcoming Spring Nuclear Power Plant Outage work in North and South Carolina. There is potential to work 2 or 3 outages during the season.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior nuclear experience and active Nuclear Security Clearance.

New to Nuclear Candidates will be considered with a strong welding background and ability to pass required weld tests.

Weld Test Requirements:

1inch Stainless Steel Socket Weld 5F position, GTAW 3/16inch 3/16inch fillet leg. Visual inspection.

4inch I Beam. Beam in horizontal position E7018 inch fillet. Visual inspection.

Monster Coupon Carbon steel with ER309 filler GTAW Side bends.

Monster Coupon Combo GTAW / SMAW (ER70S-2 / E7018) Side bends.

Additional Requirements: Must pass nuclear background check, on-site drug screening and site training and testing.
