Meridian is hiring a project manager to support a client in New Mexico!!!

Objectives
The objectives of this role include but are not limited to: Overseeing the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to closure. Managing project risks, resources, and budgets. Leading cross- functional teams to deliver project outcomes in alignment with strategic business goals. Ensuring the timely delivery of all project milestones and deliverables. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Scope of Services
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the following services:
Project Planning - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop a detailed project plan, including work breakdown structure (WBS), timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. - Establish clear project roles and responsibilities for team members.
Project Execution - Direct project teams in the execution of tasks according to the project plan. - Manage day-to- day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and task completion. - Oversee the procurement and allocation of project resources, materials, and services.
Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions. Regularly update the risk register and report critical risks to leadership.
Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for the client and other key stakeholders.
