Job Description
** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for a Degreed Nuclear Project Manager to fill a seven-year contract assignment in the Waynesboro, GA area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Rates: $82.00 - $88.00 per hour
Per diem is available if you qualify.
US Citizenship required.
Must have Nuclear PM experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field
• Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) is required. Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing & delivering complex projects
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong experience in managing projects that impact organizational strategies

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning
• Scheduling
• Budgeting
• Overseeing the efficient allocation of resources
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Collaborating with stakeholders
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges
• Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals
• Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies
• Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices
