About the Role
In this role, youll own the full client lifecycle, from converting qualified leads into new clients to managing long-term relationships and driving growth within the nuclear sector. Youll be a part of and collaborate with our Home Office Team to deliver top talent to utilities, EPCs, and OEMs, ensuring that every engagement meets the highest level of value to our clients.
What Youll Do
Receive qualified leads from MATRIXs Sales & Marketing team and convert them into clients through strategic engagement and consultative proposals.
Develop customized proposals and RFP responses aligned with nuclear client needs and MATRIX capabilities.
Leverage your existing relationships with utilities, EPCs, and OEMs to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with recruiting and operations to source, vet, and place nuclear-qualified personnel.
Lead clients through the commercial process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
Serve as the point of contact for all assigned clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor client satisfaction and deployed employee performance across all active contracts.
Identify opportunities for organic growth and expansion across business lines and geographies.
Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual requirements for all assigned engagements.
Oversee contract performance, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and budgets are achieved.
Manage cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability for each account.
Negotiate renewals, extensions, and contract modifications as needed.
Collaborate with Recruiting and Employee Relations to meet staffing and service delivery goals.
Provide accurate account reports, forecasts, and updates to leadership.
Ensure timely invoicing, documentation accuracy, and performance reporting.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in nuclear energy, power generation, transmission & distribution, renewable energy, data centers, and/ or industrial infrastructure markets.
Established professional network within one or more of these sectors.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and oversee project delivery.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills. The ability to communicate well both verbally and written as a business necessity to ensure the safe and efficient operations of business. Clear, concise and effective fluency in the English language is essential.
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent work experience considered).
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
